Formerly the Director of Cocktail Culture for the Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass, Joe has led multi-venue programs with a focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and elevated guest experience. At BAR.sol, he applies that expertise to creating beverage programs and events that feel intentional, polished, and built to endure.

Lydia Richmond shapes the visual language and emotional tone of BAR.sol. With extensive experience in hospitality leadership, event styling, and brand design, she brings a refined understanding of how atmosphere, flow, and aesthetics influence guest experience. Currently the General Manager of Woodblock in Redmond, Lydia leads BAR.sol’s creative direction across events, brand identity, web presence, and social media. Her work ensures that every touchpoint—visual or experiential—feels cohesive, elevated, and unmistakably intentional.
Parker Hutchinson, Senior Vice President & Creative Alchemist
Parker Hutchinson is a creative force driven by flavor, story, and instinct. His approach to cocktails blends technical precision with a sense of play—crafting drinks that feel expressive, memorable, and deeply human. With over a decade in the Pacific Northwest hospitality scene, Parker has designed menus for restaurants, pop-ups, and private events across the region. At BAR.sol, he leads creative development, shaping beverage programs that balance refinement and personality while setting the tone for innovation across the brand.

Blake Jones is the engine behind BAR.sol’s execution. With a background in specialty cocktail bars, high-volume service, and event production, he ensures that every concept translates seamlessly from idea to reality. Known for his calm precision and systems-driven mindset, Blake specializes in workflow design, batching strategy, and service logistics. His work ensures that creativity is supported by structure—allowing teams to move efficiently while delivering a smooth, guest-first experience every time.
